A Pathfinder: One that discovers a way; One that explores untraversed regions. One who can makr out a new route."
A Pelican Bay Pathfinder: One who believes in the Avow Hospice mission and honors their dedication and service. One who is willing to give of their time, talents and treasure as best they can to support the Pelican Bay Promise Campaign.
Leaders in the Pelican Bay community have joined together to initiate a unique community effort to raise $1 million for Avow Hospice (as part of Avow's county-wide $10 million
Promise Campaign).
To meet the $1 million goal, campaign leaders are approaching the more than 90 associations in Pelican Bay in an effort to enlist a minimum of ten Pathfinders. (A Pathfinder is defined as someone who supports the Avow Hospice mission and pledges a minimum of $1,000.) If successful, Pelican Bay could easily provide a precedent-setting $1,000,000 gift to the Avow Hospice Promise Campaign. Extended pledge options are available: if you make a total pledge of $1,000 over a three-year period for example, your commitment is $333 per year or less than $1 per day! (Of course, gifts at a higher level are needed to reach our goal. There are a variety of ways to participate, including planned giving options and naming opportunties.)
We hope you will join in this united community effort to ensure that Avow Hospice is here for our families now and for generations to come. Please become a Pelican Bay Pathfinder today!
