Royal Palm Country Club Fundraiser

The Royal Palm Country Club's golf tournament and dinner event held April 3, 2009 raised $60,000 for Avow Hospice.  Forty-two area professionals teamed with three amateur partners to compete in the event. The silent auction, drawing and raffle raised $15,000 of the $60,000 total. 

This is the 18th year that the event has been held and to date, has raised $700,000 for Avow Hospice. Congratulations and thank you Royal Palm Country Club members for your generous and continued support!

Avow® Hospice is a community-focused, not-for-profit hospice, serving its friends, families and neighbors living in Collier County, Florida since 1983. Avow provides specialized end-of-life care to those living with a life-threatening illness and offers support to those who are caring for them. Our interdisciplinary care team provides medical care, pain management and complementary therapies. Avow Hospice cares for patients wherever they live. In addition, Avow Hospice has the only hospice house in Collier County (for in-patient acute care and respite). Avow also offers grief and bereavement support to the families and friends of our patients as well as anyone in the community who has experienced a loss. Avow Hospice is a non-profit organization that relies on community donations to help fund patient care and programs for our community.
