Advance Directive Workshop

On July 15 and 23, free workshops focused on Advanced Directives will be offered by Avow Hospice. The sessions will be held:
July 15, 2009 at Collier County Library (Central Avenue Branch)
July 23, 2009 at Collier County Library (South Regional Branch - Lely Cultural Pkwy)
At the sessions, Avow Hospice Director of Community Relations Mary Brodeur will discuss advance directives, living wills, health care surrogates and issues relating to end-of-life care. Advance directive forms (Living Will Kits) will be available for attendees. There is no fee to attend.
