Advance Directives Workshop

On July 23 a free workshop focused on Advanced Directives will be offered by Avow Hospice at Collier County Library (South Regional Branch - Lely Cultural Pkwy)

At the session, Avow Hospice Director of Community Relations Mary Brodeur will discuss advance directives, living wills, health care surrogates and issues relating to end-of-life care. Advance directive forms (Living Will Kits) will be available for attendees. There is no fee to attend.
