We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and personal funds for payment of care. We work with patients and families to make the payment process as simple as it can be. Most patients with Medicaid, Medicare or commercial insurance will be responsible for deductibles and/or coinsurance for hospice services, as determined by their insurance carrier.
No Collier County resident who qualifies for hospice care will be denied that care because of inability to pay. Patients and families are invited to call our Finance Department at (239) 261-4404 to discuss payment options.
Every year, we provide hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of care to those who have no means to reimburse us. The Compassionate Care Fund helps make this possible. Contributions to the Compassionate Care Fund come from individuals in our community and from special events held by our supporters and donated to us. If you or your loved one cannot pay for care, please discuss your situation with our Admissions Department or any team member assigned to your/your loved one's care.
